Riverside Neighborhoods
Currently we are looking at apartments in these areas:
1. 5220 Pearblossom Dr 92507
2. 2700 Iowa Ave 92507
3. 1080 Spruce St 92507
How are the neighborhoods here safety wise? I've read that the Iowa Ave is in a seedy area, and see on a map that a train track runs right next to the Spruce street. Are these active train tracks? Basically we are looking to be within walking distance or a good bus line from the UCR campus and are trying to find the safest area. Any suggestions would be great.
