Its ashame everything is about money.I live in Yucaipa,ca & the yucaipa valley water distict ( http://www.yvwd.dst.ca.us/ )is robbing the people blind.Those rats are charging over 30.00 mo.for sewer & it goes up quite often.I attemted to file a complaint with the cpuc but they just gave me the run around.Also the Yucaipa Disposal co ( 909 797-9125 ) are greedy creeps as well.They are owned by a horrid co called Burtec.Now the yucaipa city council take the cake.Its take take take with them.Greedy & corrupt.....just like the not so golden state of ca. BTW....I also have to pay a paramedic fee of $4.34 mo to the city, yet if i ever need a paramedic my insurance covers it.Sneeky people that run cities should all be sent to beautiful iraq.I would even chip in for the one way coach airfare.

I received my lovely sept.07 rent/utilities statement on sat & once again the yucaipa disposal company ( owned by Burtec ) aka the trashy trash co has raised the rates.I cant do a damn thing about it & its really getting out of control.The yucaipa city council is as usual up to their tricks.Bottom line.....If anyone plans to move to yucaipa,california be prepared to be royally screwed! Never ever trust politicians cause they are like diapers.....full of SH..!

yucaipa is in desperate need of a animal shelter instead of another damn park.Those morons in city hall are over paid & dont give a rats a.. about the citizens & stray animals of yucaipa & only do whats in their best intrest.The traffic is horrible & yucaipa blvd from 7th st to bryant is in terrible condition.The city council sure dont know how to spend money but they sure as hell do a excellent job wasting it.The mayor of yucaipa is not exactly the friendliest & he really should get a personality.I do the vast majority of my business out of yucaipa cause everything is so expensive.Even crater bros is getting out of control.Vons has ALWAYS been the most expensive supermarkets in town & overall in ca.Dennys is over priced & the food is less then avg.Jose,s mexican food @ 33527 yucaipa blvd/909-797-9705 is the absolute worse & they charge you for every lil thing.They are greedy creeps & also LIARS.Yucaipa city hall phone # is 909-797-2489.Chamber of commerce # is 909-790-1841.T/Y CW.H for your "right on" opinion in the local newspaper.BTW...if any of you are thinking of suing me...think again.You cant squeeze blood out of a turnip.Plus i am protected by the first amendment.I would absolutely take this to the supreme court & the city of yucaipa would have to spend ALOT of the taxpayers money.Hell...they do that now as it is. http://yucaipa.org

It seems some people in yucaipa know who i am.I have been receiving harassing phone calls for 3 straight days.Instead of being cowards like the yucaipa city hall (over paid) employees,yucaipa valley water district & the yucaipa disposal company ( aka trashy trash co ) GROW a pair & act like a adult & not a pimple faced kid.ALL my phone conversations are being recorded now & i have added extra features on the landline.Its obvious you creeps just cant handle the truth.GREEDY RAT BASTARDS!

I just received my sept.07 newsletter from the yucaipa mobilehome residents association ( YMRA ) and it seems the scummy city council directed staff to increase the annual rent control fee from $2.00 mo to $3.92 mo.Effective 1-08.The mobilehome park owners also have to pay 3.92 per space.I really DESPISE these greedy corrupt losers.They take advantage of the elderly,disabled & low income.Mayor Dick Driddell is NOT to be trusted as well as the entire city council.Just go to the following website & see them for yourselves.Send them a e-mail & let them know that you & other people are aware of them.Like i said....Its take take take with these morons.I was so right ! http://yucaipa.org

The person in charge of rent control is Jennifer Shankland.jskankland@yucaipa.org.I will now be forwarding this thread to the citizens of yucaipa,ca.The yucaipa city council is one of the worse i have seen in quite a few yrs.Back in 2001 the city council literally ran a animal lover out of town cause she had a cattery in her back yard.What a bunch of DIRTBALLS!

The yucaipa city council are all girly girls that could care less about the residents of yucaipa unless something is in it for them.They should ALL be fired & replaced with decent,fair citizens.I could do a better job then mayor dick & i sure would be sure a animal shelter is built in the city instead of a damn golf course & park.City hall employees are paid too much & a mentally challenged adult could do a better job then them.What those dirty rat bastards did to linda krieg in 2001 is appaling & pathetic.Linda was just giving the stray & unwanted cats a decent caring home & the weasle city council just couldnt handle that.I cant stop the creeps from raising rent control but i can & i will tell everyone how greedy,selfish,uncaring,rude & just downright nasty the yucaipa city council are.
