Rent a boat and go fishing or go dock fishing off Gray's landing.
Observatory?
Mountain Biking?
Check out the disintegrating Dam House where the dam master and his family lived as he controlled the first Big Bear Dam (about 150 feet upstream from the existing dam). That first dam is submerged now.
There are really neat fire watch towers to visit. I forgot the one I checked out, it is between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead.

Marina Resort is a decent place. Lake front and next to the village. If you have a boat they have a little dock.

There's a real fun ferry boat type ride/tour around the lake.

..and our favorite place to eat is called the "Cowboy Steakhouse" (I think)..a block away from the center of town.
