Hello all,
I am back again to ask for help, I have narrowed down my search, and would like to find a home in this area, what cities/areas are best in this district, any places to avoid? Are there any affordable housing in this area?

Thank you

The Etiwanda district covers parts of the cities of Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana.

Etiwanda School District boundary map

Chaffey Joint Union High School District covers pretty much the same area, and a big area to the west.

The zip codes in the area you're looking at include 91737, 91739, 91701, and 92336.

I don't know what your definition of affordable is, but per Zillow:
Rancho Cucamonga median sale price: $310,100
Fontana 92336 median sale price: $274,300

The entire Etiwanda district area is fine IMO.
