My husband is considering a job that is located right off the 91 by tyler st, just north of lake matthews. Any suggestions for neighborhoods where we can rent a 3 br house for around $1500. The closer to work the better. Our top priority is a decent yard. Thank you!

If Norco is out of your price range, then the whole area is.

The area where you say the job will be is a great area, I'd start there, but 3 beds for $1500 might be difficult in better areas.

I'd stick to Riverside though.

OP, check into the North Corona/Corona Hills/Corona Ranch area. It might be out of your price range for a 3bdrm, but it's worth a look (I'm not sure what the rents are these days) since it's relatively close to the job and a great area.

There are some nice neighborhoods in Moreno Valley that are within a thirty minute commute that may be in your price range.

Yea, for 1,500...Moreno Valley is pretty much the only area.

I'm about a 30 minute drive and I want to rent out my house in a few months for 1,500. 4 bedrooms! JUST SAYING. LOL
