Default Newer Condos?

I work in the San Gabriel Valley (Azusa area) and am considering buying out in SB or Riverside county to get more for my money. I have about 250k I can spend on a condo/house.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any newer updated condos that I can check out in the 250-275k range within a decent drive of Azusa? I work at 6am and am off by 2 so I beat some traffic. I've been looking around Rancho lately but haven't found any newer condos really.

See if there are any for sale at the Borgata at 10655 Lemon Ave (or varying 106xx addresses on Lemon) in Rancho, 91737. You can take the 210 straight to A.Z.U.S.A.

They aren't that new (built in 1987), but have been remodeled and have fabulous views of the San Gabriels or city lights from many units.

The Borgata condos are definitely nice, but unfortunately they won't allow financing for purchases. Unless you plan to purchase with all cash, you will need to search for a different condo association. Please don't worry though, there are definitely plenty of condos available, especially in your price range. Moderator cut: see note
