I suppose that there is a bad area. Why don't good persons or kind households move to the area to make it become better, and then turn good area ?

I went to Northridge, the science magnet school, there was a privately donted pond since one of my classmates was related to the owners of one of the counties largest auto dealer owners (Moss). It's the best school in the city.

What makes it polluted is the prevailling winds that travel eastward from LA to the IE. Since the IE is bounded by the San Bernardino and San G mountain ranges, all the pollution is stuck in that bowl. So the smog that would have traveled further east is stuck in the IE due to the mountains. That's the main reason. This is why the air is better inland when the wind changes (Santa Ana) conditions. Pollution is bad about 20-30 miles inland, then gets worse until you go beyond the pass to Banning and Beaumont and good again in the desert.

I'm mentioning to Moreno Valley. But you tell me IE. Are they related?

How about wind directions in Moreno Valley or Riverside county? which wind directions? Does wind direction alter in season?

Thanks

Moreno Valley is in the Inland Empire. The previous post relates to not only Moreno Valley, but really the entire Inland Empire as well as all other inland regions in the state (for the most part). The only major wind reversal is the Santa Ana winds during the fall and winter months. But if you think about it, weather systems are driven by the wind. These systems move in a general West-East direction indicating the prevailing wind direction for the entire West Coast.

I am in the process of freaking out after seeing a lot of very bad information. I find it hard to believe they would spend a ton of money building nice apartment complexes in high crime areas. Am I just wishful thinking here or is the danger being exaggerated?
anytime you have more people you are going to have crime. moreno valley is getting crowded because of people moving in. I am moving out when i retire 2 years from now.

The elementary on Perris blvd and Kalamia. can't remember the name, but it looks like a good school. call the school district to get the name. I think you have to live in that area. not sure.
