Question San Jacinto Area

What is this area like in all the ways that one would want to consider for relocation ~ aesthetics, lifestyle, job, shopping, artistic interest, commuter friendly within 45-minutes to where?

Pros and cons would be helpful, too.

Thanks.

Flat, hot, no trees, sprawling tract homes, older unkept homes, trailer parks, stripmalls.

Commuting? Depends what you do. The white collar job centers are in LA and OC. That's way more than 45 minutes away. There are good blue-collar jobs in the logistics facilities and factories in the 15 corridor.

Idylwild, Mt San Jacinto and San Gorgonio are nearby, as is Palm Springs, all great spots.
