I'm new to Riverside and am looking for a 4th of July celebration to bring my kids to. We just moved from Louisville, KY and our town had a really neat "old fashioned 4th" with a parade, old car show, face painting, cake walk, etc. is there anything like that around here? Thanks,

the city puts on a firework show from mt rubidoux. I think people go to RCC parking lot to watch. I'm not sure if that is still the case. Funny thing is most of the time mt rubidoux catches on fire from the show LOL

I'm not sure if there is anything right around here. I know they have something like that at Veteran's Park in Yorba Linda where I grew up.
