Good Luck, CA.....
Upland also has San Biaggios's great New York pizza place...killer pizzas.

try Beaumont Ca it is 30 minutes from the base towards Palm Springs. Its really nice here and there is not as much traffic & stuff. Slower pace but if you want more hustle & bustle chose Riverside and the area of Orange Crest/Woodcrest/ Off Alessandro/215. Let me know if you need any help or suggestions. Ive lived in Riverside for the last 37 years, now Im in Beaumont CA

I work at March. If you have no kids, there is rentals next to the base, Called green Acres. Its the older officer housing. I had a 2400 sqft home, walking distance to my job on March. I paid 1400 a month and that included everything except cable/electric/phone.

I moved out of there, and bought a house in Orangecrest(92508). Orangecrest is 10 miles from March, and it takes me 15 minutes to get to work. There are rentals in this area, but the lowest I have seen is $1500 a month.

I take Vanburen to the 215, then exit cactus to goto work.
