Default What's wrong with this house/area in Temecula??

Hi there! I have been looking for a bit and have found a house which is reasonably priced and seems nice online. But......why? Is the neighborhood questionable? Right by the casino? What is wrong?I have never been to Temecula in "real life" only online. 32xxx Via Benabarre 92592.Thanks for the input.

Default old house looking for new house? ha ha

Thats a newer neighborhood and prices have come down a bit so looks like a decent price. 1 negative right by the casino and on sat. and sun. lights and lots of people. If you are looking for a good deal in Temecula i would wait 1 year you will get a real good deal. hope this helps

Thanks. I knew it had to be something like that - the location.

I actually live directly across the street from Pechanga and the lights aren't a factor at all! I can sit in my back yard and still see a sky full of stars. Temecula has a "dark skies" policy due to it's proximity to the Palomar observatory, so the casino isn't very "lit up" like a Vegas one would be.

The traffic isn't all that bad. Fri and Sat nights can back up on Pechanga Parkway, but there are plenty of back streets in the area that you can move around fairly quickly.

and the home prices are still falling!
