Just put d.p. on 10 acres desert land, never been there..North of the Chocolate mts, S of chuckwallas? need to build studio space for my creativity. High interest in meteorites, [See any come down in this area? ] anyways also would linke to share in this property with others of same interests-ideas..?

If you want to be all alone, that is the place for you. Desert Center is a gas stop on the way from LA/OC to the Colorado river. It would be difficult to find a more desolate place. You can drive for hours and see nothing but abandoned shacks where people have given up and moved on.
I hope you didn't pay much for it. They should have paid you to take it.
