Its a crapshoot out there right now... there is SO much building right now, they have overbuilt... BUT that only temporary... that place is in flux right now... IMHO that property will be worth more in about 2 years.... why 2 years....as of right now, there are NO grocery stores, no hospital, no major shopping... the only fastfood in town is a McD's... that is all changing... with the housing growth comes the people.... with the people come everything else. I just saw a sign for a Taco Bell a few days ago, so its starting... Cal city is on the verge of becoming a real city.... in about 2 years...
