code enforcement. keep calling the police for the noise but the code enforcement is what will get them out of the shed.

Cops are lazy about calls like this. Become RPD's nightmare. Bug the holy **** out of them. Call your councilman.

I've dealt with people like this before. Cops don't help much. Do yourself a favor by buying a nice set of commercial grade subwoofers, place it right next to their bedrooms and blast away, make sure it's louder than their music. Make them to come to you to complain back. Like ten years ago when my testosterone levels were higher this is what I did. I used 'extreme bass' cd which isn't music per se. It was nothing but annoying bass music to test out the subwoofers. It's time to get personal now. Cops won't do anything to you either.

Ha nope I'm still here.
I believe in speaking out if I don't like something. If you can't, I feel sorry for you.
Neighbor noises are dangerous, cities should enforce noise laws but they don't. Believe it or not many victims of noise go crazy and kill the offending party.

Thank you for all of your responses. I will definitely be contacting code enforcement. Unfortunately, I do own, so I can't just move. We have been going outside in the middle of the night and yelling right by her shed or banging really loudly near it. Unfortunately, they also have annoying yippy dogs, so when we make noise it just sets their dogs off, annoying everyone in the neighborhood.

I agree with Ka8. This continuous noise can drive people crazy.
