Other than a lower mortgage, there is no good reason to move out of Yorba Linda to Eastvale.

The fly issue is only towards the much newer area towards the 71...which 80% of people don't live here.

Well you do get the flies in the summer months but never noticed them outdoors. They only try to get inside when you leave the backyard net open. Never had issue with bbq outdoors. I guess they are more of a problem if you live close to a dairy, but the dairies are moving away as developers keep building.

The flies are not nearly as bad as the poster stated. We have lived in Eastvale for 2 years now and the flies are noticeably fewer than when we moved here due to all of the dairies leaving the area. Almost all of the dairies are packing up and moving to the Bakersfield area and are being replaced by more housing and businesses.

Well we have moved to eastvale and everything was going great until I tried to enroll my daughter in school and found out all schools in eastvale are overcrowded so you get your kid overloaded to another school maybe in Mira Loma where schools have not so great ratings (6) until you get a space in your home school what might happen until the next school year if I'm lucky. SO disappointed :-( So if you are looking to buy in eastvale and have children you better thinking twice or check if they have room for your kid first or you'll be disappointed and probably the real state agent will not tell you about the problem.

This has been discussed a LOT on Eastvale Talk on Facebook. I would check out those threads for ideas
