You mean LA county has more quality service than the other neighboring counties. That makes sense.

After San Bernardino filed for bankruptcy, the only difference that I noticed was that the park were no longer being cared for.

Unfortunately, I would say the same thing as everyone else. STAY OUT OF SAN BERNARDINO. Only like a week after living there one morning it sounded like a helicopter was going to land on my house. It turns out that they were looking for a murder suspect in the area. They ended up finding him in the neighbor's garage across the street. After that day, I was hearing the policy helicopter every night.

Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland would be far better choices. You may pay a few hundred in housing every month, but it is worth not fearing for your life on a daily basis.
