I would have to agree with many that the north end of MoVal is pretty nice. North of the 60 freeway has communities like: Steeple Chase, Sunnymead Ranch, and Hidden Springs; and areas off Nason and Moreno Bech drive are also favorable.

Not completely true. Sunnymead Ranch still THE place to live north of the freeway due to its close proximity to Loma Linda Medical Center as well as access to great shopping at and around Moreno Valley Mall. We go to Calvary Chapel Redlands and love it as well!

With the way prices have plummeted, the OP can NOW get a new home in the western IE for 400k easily so why bother with Moval?. Way much closer to job hubs and better communities.

SoCal! your being more of an advocate of our area than me now!... there's all sorts of reasons people may want to live further out there... friends, relatives, jobs in Riverside, San Bernardino, March AFB, etc., etc.

Although, I wouldn't want to be out there... some people do in spite of the deals!, deals!, deals! out in the western IE hehe
