I recently got excepted to move into the Watermans Gardens area but not familiar with it either...Im a single mother attending CSSBU and have a new 2010 Camry and kinda dont know that area...I'm not sure if saving money on rent is worth the environment....I'd rather be safe than sorry! Are the Waterman Gardens the projects of San Bernardino???..

I assume this post is a joke but on the 1% chance it isn't, yes, Waterman Gardens are the projects. Not as bad as Little Zion, Dalman Heights or Little Africa in SB, but plenty bad. Known locally as "The Yellows" because they're painted yellow. Two of my students were murdered there in '09.

And BTW, it's not "I recently got excepted.." it's "I recently got accepted..."

And if you choose to move to Waterman Gardens, have your funeral arrangements and burial plot in order.
