How long would it take to drive from Redlands to Palm Springs? Is it possibly to live in the Redlands area and drive every day to the Palm Springs area to work?

Absolutely possible. I have a number of co-workers who do it 4-5x/week. As I'm here and they're there, I don't know how long it takes them. Check Google Maps.

So long as there's no accident or roadwork, you're looking at around a 45-minute commute. Very doable.
