Help Me!
Been working with a realtor, looking on Zillow and Craig's List and still have not found a place.
Accepted a great job in Palm Springs and they want me there by 7/17. Its hard to be sure about places that I can only see pics of. Not sure if its best to get a place in a big apartment complex like the Regent Palm Desert or rent someone's 2 bedroom condo in Palm Springs?

I would like to be geographically close to my job in Palm Springs but folks tell me Palm Desert is a great place to live and that the compute isn't bad. Not wanting to buy yet so can anyone give me direction on best, cleanest, safest apartment complexes or condo rentals in Palm Springs.

Looking for 1-2 bedrooms, wood floors (I have allergies to carpet) covered parking, laundry in unit or within complex, exercise facilities, pool and places that allow pets/cat. Appreciate any and all assistance in advance.
