Default Lake Elsinore Communities and Amenities?

We are considering buying a house in Lake Elsinore, I hear the best (or not so horrible ) areas are Canyon Hills, Tuscany Hills, Albert Hill?, Rosetta Canyon?

All these areas have association fees and I'm wondering what kind of amenities they offer, any locals here can describe these areas for me?
I have 2 small children and I'm looking for pools, parks, bkb and tennis courts, etc. Got any recommendations for me?
Got any comments on the Elementary schools in the area? especially Earl Elementary.

TIA.

We just moved to Tuscany Hills 4 months ago and LOVE it. Our association is $142 per month which gets us incredible landscaping in the community so when it is hot and dry in the summer, we are green and gorgeous!! We have a rec center that has a junior size olympic pool, a small kids pool and a spa....a fitness center and park....along with many other small parks dispersed amongst the community. We have awesome lake views on Canyon Lakes. It is a safe, fantastic community with many good buys available!!

Canyon Hills is still growing and coming together nicely. Good homes, prices, and amenities. I'm going to look at Tuscany Hills since it sounds nice. I know, from the Realtor side, that Canyon Hills has some deals going right now. I could dig it up and send it if you like? Have a great weekend
