i Am Being Offered A House In Indio For 300k New Built 5 Bedrooms And A Job I Have Two Children One Going Into Highschool And One Going Into 4th Grade Both Have Been Going To Catholic School All There Life I Was Wondering How The Public Schools Are In Indio From What I Search I Keep Seeing Negative Things Is This True? If So Is There Any Catholic High Schools Or Grammar Schools There ? Or Can Kids Go To Diffrent Schools Of Choice Surronding Area And If So What County Would Be Better

I wouldn't send my kids to Indio schools. I am not sure if there is a Catholic school in Indio, but Sacred Heart School is in Palm Desert if you want your kids to go to Catholic school. There is also Xavier Prep School, which I believe is a Catholic school, and it is also in Palm Desert.

Some parts of Indio are nice - the newer parts. The older part of Indio is gritty and kind of scary at times. Yes, Indio does have gangs, but I wouldn't say Indio is anything like South Central Los Angeles.
