Yeah, honestly, I'm not sure why Palm Springs actually chose that name. Of all the possible names for a casino, really, "Spa Resort?" Perhaps something like "Cahuilla" would be more original. *shrug*

BTW, it has been said that there is going to be a new casino coming to downtown Cat City soon (first announced in 2017).

Here is the latest link on this subject:

So, once this project comes to a finish, the CV will now have about six casinos. Not including the Morongo in Cabazon, because Cabazon is way out there.
