I'm talking about weekends too. I've spent 10-15 extra minutes on a Saturday morning driving from San Bernardino area to San Diego thanks to the Temecula Parkway exit. That in itself, I couldn't live in Temecula. Dealing with such a stupid exit on a daily basis. No thanks.

I have been to Colorado many times but have never lived there. It is far too cold for me.

Temecula has 3 exits to the 15, not 1. There is Winchester, Rancho California, and the Temecula Parkway.

Apparently 90% live off Temecula Parkway. Always extremely backed up.

No. It is currently under construction so exiting is worse than normal, and it is the exit nearest Pechanga, a very popular tourist trap and the largest casino in SoCal.

There are numerous neighborhoods that have walkable access to parks and even coffee shops, but overall, it isn’t as walkable as many cities. I would say Temecula has more parks than Murrieta such as places like Paloma/Paseo Del Sol, Harveston, Chardonnay Hills, Temeku Hills, Starlight Ridge, Vintage Hills. The funnest walkable area would be a condo near old town though, off Pujol St. While Meadowview is centrally located, the lots are huge and depending on where you are, walking to a coffee shop isn’t realistic. There are no sidewalks in meadowview. There are some walkable areas south of Temecula parkway as well, but just like the rest of socal, cars are basically a necessity.

Actually Pechanga is the largest casino in the Western United States, larger than any in Nevada. It is expanding all the time.

San Manuel is larger. It has more slots and a 20,000 more square footage.

The average high in July/August is 97. It does go over 100 sometimes. It is not humid and it cools off in the evening. To me, the summer here is a lot more comfortable than SC because of the low humidity.
