I don't know if this is what you are meaning, but you can go to:
Temecula Information.com - Events, Wineries, Jobs, Homes for sale, Relocation, and click on the real estate tab. Under real estate, click on "new communities", then click on "view all Temecula valley communities" and it will show you a list of various neighborhoods and their taxes, hoa, where they are located, and a variety of other information. I don't know if there is a place to find similiar information on communities in Murrieta. Hope this helps. |

Hmm, I looked not what I need.
You know how when when a builder/developer builds a new housing tract?tract they call it a name "Woodbridge" Wolf Creek" etc.. We are wondering how or where to find the names/lists of housing tracts, new or older developments in Temecula/ Murrieta area. We are looking at homes, and are wondering how we can find out what the "developments'' name is that its located in. I think I explained that better. |

Temecula Valley Community Directory new homes and existing homes for sale and rent
Try this link--slightly different than the previous one I listed for you. . . .if you click on each individual community, it will tell you approximate street boundaries to give you a better idea of which neighborhood various homes you are looking at must be in. There is a pretty exhaustive list of the neighborhoods in Temecula, but not all of the names have links. If it doesn't help, well, I tried. ![]() |
