I agree, Woodcrest or Orangecrest. The schools in Woodcrest and Orangecrest are very good. Amelia Earhart middle school is great. MLK HS is also very good. Woodcrest is more horsey, not incorporated, most people have 1/2 acre to many acre lots. Properties range from tiny mobile homes to ridiculous mansions on 40 acres. Woodcrest has a brand new gorgeous public library if that matters to you. Orangecrest is very tract home, but nice. Your house would be the exact copy of every other house on the block, with 10 feet separating the houses and lots at about 5,000 to 8,000 SF. Still nice, though. Lucky for you, the homes there just dropped from $500K to $250K and so many people are renting them out for cheap because they can't sell. There are lots of parks and etc. Steer clear of Perris and most of Moreno Valley. The "Bellagio" area is nice but it is a pocket in an otherwise awful gang zone.
I would not go farther away than that. The 215, 91 and 60 freeways are nearly not driveable. Gas here is $4 gallon. You pay a lot of money to idle on the hot freeway.

I would stay away from Moreno Valley if possible. It builds nice areas and yet still ends up with crime problems from way back. I don't know why.
Check the Orangecrest, Mission Grove, Canyon Crest areas. Look at 92508. Fairly close to March, just off the 215 at Van Buren but a world of difference from MV in safety and schools. Check zillow and the crime stats on this site.

Try to get into private schools. Also, out of all Riverside, I would say Corona...SOUTH Corona...
