I have asked this question to the police. They state that they report to things in order of severity. The problem is the Lake Elsinore Police Dept. is just not big enough.

Contact code enforcement:
City of Lake Elsinore Code Enforcement
They can help you with the trash situation. For the noise and drugs call the police everyday. Once the police and code enforcement find there house and have to go out a few times then they will make visits periodically. It won't stop but it will improve. I have neighbors like your minus the drugs, my neighbors are just drinkers and loud music people. I'm sorry this is happening to you I wish there was a way we could join forces and stop this.

I moved from Chino to get away from the loud latinos and the crime they commit. Certainly this is not to say there are not lovely Mexican American families in our communities, but facts are facts. We were ripped off repeatedly, awakened by booming radios driving by, etc. and we know by whom. (We even had a non-English speaking hispanic man, whose kids were trick-or-treating at my house at the time (with the whole family holding bags for candy), urinate on side of our garage while we provided his whole family with treats.) The list goes on and on. It is what it is. And it wasn't a bad area of Chino, mind you. That being said, my short experience in Lake Elsinore has been far removed from these problems (although I realize like any city it has a few questionable neighborhoods). My neighbors are lovely and quiet except for the sound of kids laughing and playing and neighbors talking out in front of their homes in the evening. We really do love it here. It feels like country and it is worth the hour drive to work to get away from what was becoming an increasingly large problem. I realize you can't run from it but it does seem like we're hiding relatively well for now. I hope the city keeps up the improvements. The city has so much potential.

'I moved from Chino to get away from the loud latinos and the crime they commit. Certainly this is not to say there are not lovely Mexican American families in our communities, but facts are facts.'
First, It's stupid to ass-ume all Latinos are from Mexico. Second, as a 20 year resident of the area, I can say it's a fact that other cultures make the same mistakes.
'(We even had a non-English speaking hispanic man, whose kids were trick-or-treating at my house at the time (with the whole family holding bags for candy), urinate on side of our garage while we provided his whole family with treats.)'
There is a probability this person came trick or treating from another neighbor, Pomona? It happens all the time.
As a 20 plus year resident of Chino, I find your claims not too credible. You claim to live in a nice area but i question that too. My area, between Mountain and Euclid, I have NEVER came across any issues with Latinos.
However, if you step into older parts of Chino, good luck.

So Cal Bottom Rider your not very reputable yourself. I made a post not even half as bad as the response your giving to another board member now and you complained about that too. This a free board and in America we can practice Free Speech where ever we want but in your case you believe your the only one allowed to speak your mind and no one else is allowed to. We are all sharing experiences so if you dont have an experience you really have no reason to respond to anyone on this topic.
