Smile any good property management in san bernardino county?
my family and i need a 4br plus office/3bath or a 5bd 3bath home ,we can afford $1500-2000, we will be in the area july 1st to look at properties, if you can give me websites i would appreciate it thanks.

Have you found a place yet? I am a Realtor and have a listing in Riverside that is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1900 sq ft. New carpet, great yard, BBQ area, huge trees. Air conditioned, fresh paint, shutters on all the windows, 2 car garage with remote. The owner wanted $2200 per my suggestion until I rented a like property for $2050. I'm sure he will consider $2000 - $2050 if you can keep the yards nice. Are you interested? Billie (714) 331-4459
