Power Co./Windy? Shadow Hills (Indio, Palm Springs: area, company, district)

I've been reading about the 2 power companies and the windy areas....is Sun City Shadow Hills in the windy area and are they in the undesirable power company? We were in the area last week looking and want to get as much info as possible before we make a decision. We are leaning toward Trilogy. Any thoughts? THanks!

Sun City Shadow Hills in Indio, is within the Imperial Irrigation District which is the better of the two power companies as far as rates go. Regarding wind, I have never spent enough time at that end of the valley to say whether it is as wind prone as North Palm Springs, for example.
