Default Lake Elsinore Issues

Does Lake Elsinore have a water pressure problem?

I have read that the Country Club Heights/Estates area has this problem, but do not know if the entire area is affected.

Any info?

Also, what side{s} of the Lake is most prone to flooding, and how exaggerated is the cost of flood insurance, if it is issued at all?

Call R. David Bulen Insurance Agency 951-674-0675 they serve the Lake Elsinore area and offer flood insurance. The lake does not really flood anymore. Water pressure issues are not every where in Lake Elsinore, if you discover that issue you have th Water company, EVMWD, come check your pressure.

Lake Elsinore, has water issues, I know that they have a habit of billing people $300 and more when they move to this town. They attempted to overcharge me and my bill was adjusted immediately after I told them I was going to file a complaint with our local Congressman D. Issa .

The State of California should investigate Elsinore Valley Water District it would be interesting in what they find out when it comes to their billing practices......
