Default Canyon Lake.

I am looking into relocating to SoCal from PA and came across Canyon Lake. I understand that it is a gated community and have found housing prices around $250,000.00 which meet my needs. I am curious to hear your input and thoughts on Canyon Lake. Any information is helpful.

Thanks,
Doug

Excellent time to buy, there are homes below 200k. Pay attention to the location of the homes you look at on the internet, many have a Canyon Lake address yet are located in Quail Valley. We are at 2002 prices and not at the bottom yet.

It is not the Canyon Lake it once was. The city has caught up to it. Like everywhere else in Southern California. (It is NOT called "SoCal". That sounds like a diet drink) Like crushing traffic, illegals aliens everywhere? You'll LOVE IT here.
