I think, technically, San Antonio Heights is unincorporated territory. That's why the sheriff's department patrols up there.
It's funny, people who go to Upland High School always see kids from Claremont as the rich, snobby, stuck-up kids. But then everyone from Rancho Cucamonga, Montclair, and Ontario seems to think UHS is snobby and stuck-up.
There are certainly worse places to live than Upland, but I'd still much rather live in the city, such as in L.A. or Pasadena where there are actually things to do.

i hope we're not all still traumatized by our high school experience. I went to chino high school and diamond bar high school. rich areas are more snobby, yes, but aren't all 17 year olds snobby?
i gotta throw in another vote for Upland (specifically, north upland, above foothill)

The North End has some terrible areas, though lots of it is nice. Unfortunately, the bad is outweighing the good everyday as property value is decreasing and more and more scum is moving into the area. Like around Cedar and 56th used to be ideal now half that neighborhood is deadbeat renters with a dozen kids cramped into the house. The one part of SB that is mostly nice is the northern part of the Del Rosa area. Anything about Eureka between the wash and Sterling is respectable. Above Highland and east of the casino is nice. Anything south/west of the 210 is trash and anything in SB near the 215 is garbage.
