Worst places in SB county?
Rialto, city of SB.
Best places?
San Dimas. North Alta Loma. Some of the towns up the hill(not big bear).

Worst Places in SB County in my opinion:
San Bernardino, Southern Fontana, Rialto
Best Places in SB County in my opinion:
Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, perhaps parts of Redlands
BTW, San Dimas is in Los Angeles County.

In San Bernardino, the North Park area is definitely in the "best" category - Cal State University San Bernardino is here, and is a very good influence. The homes are generally nicely maintained and the people are great. Real nice neighborhood feel, grocery and other stores are handy - and get just a little uphill and the air quality is better too.
