Calimesa Test Only (smog check) (Riverside, Live Oak: coupon, 2009, DMV)

Early last summer i took my car to get a smog test at calimesa test only-905 calimesa blvd,calimesa,ca (909)795-0193.I had a coupon for 10% off a smog test.The owner (Gharbis Bekelian) said he was the new owner but he would accept the coupon.Their was no expiration date on coupon.I passed smog as expected & when i gave him the coupon the creep trashed it right in front of me & charged me $60.00.I gave him $20.00 in rolled quarters & he raised his voice & said he would not accept them.He told me to go to the liquor store across the street & get paper bills.I did that & paid him $60.00 cash.He told me i was lucky he was in a good mood cause my check engine light didnt blink when tested under the hood.He lied just to get out of giving me $6.00 off.The check engine light works fine.I did request a complaint form from the state of ca smog bureau but have yet to receive.Why should the state of ca care as long as they get their share of the pie.The state gets $8.25 per car that passes smog in ca.What a bunch of greedy rats.California will rip you off every chance they get.

Next time go over to Stacy's it's also on Calimesa Blvd, just a little farther east towards Live Oak Canyon road on the left hand side. He is great and will help you in any way he can. Our company uses him for our company trucks.

If your check eng light wasn't working the test is supposed to stopt right there, so if he was telling the truth, he committed a crime.
Tewo other places to report him. The BAR (Bruea of Automotive repair), or the DMV has a team to investigate bad guys.
Every licensed shop in California is required to have a huge BAR sign posted in plain site with their phone number on it.
I would go back to his shopa nd make him aware you are getting the number from the sign and are going to report him. let him sweat a little....

Hey .. we went to this same smog testing shop (905 Calimesa Blvd)and had a horrible incident. The technican wouldn't let me leave and told me my truck would not pass unless I bought a $17.00 gas cap from him. He told me he could "lose his license if I told anyone what he was doing". He also wanted to charge me $60. instead of the $50. his sign said. When I questioned him he became irrate and screamed profanity at me. He threw my keys and my paper work at me when I questioned his procedures. I have filled out form for the Bureau of Automative Repair. This guy needs to be put out of business. We here in America do not need to put up with treatment like that! Ladies .. please beware.

yea the new owner is not very nice, but i remember the old owner( first owner) who was also middle eastern(in which there is nothing wrong with that, so its pretty ridiculous and childish for someone to say that they dont trust him, hes from the middle east)..but anyways the first owner was a very nice man and helped me out and not once ever acted greedy with any of his customers.

NO this is AMERICA ! Your free to go to any of the hundreads of smog test stations in San-Bernardino County Or Riverside co if thats where you live. Plan and simple Bit**h if you want but thats the fACTS.
