Cool Rancho vs. Ontario address

Hi! I'm so appreciative of all the help others have given me on here with my previous posts...THANK YOU

Here's my next question. We're thinking of buying a new home ($140/sq ft, 2779 sq ft) literally on the border street between Ontario and Rancho. The home itself would be in Ontario, but it would go to Cucamonga School district.

Questions:
1. How big of a deal is it to live in Ontario instead of Rancho? Would it negatively affect future sales price or potential rental price?

2. How is the Cucamonga School district? The schools would be Ontario Center Elementary, Rancho Cucamonga Middle, and Colony High School.

Thanks in advance

rancho cucamonga will give you a better returns in the future just because of what they did to the city, which is not comparable to ontario.
