Default Chino Hills

Anyone here in Chino Hills? We are thinking of buying a house there and was hoping for some input. Do you like it? What the nice areas vs areas to avoid? Is there a cow/smell problem there? Thanks

I don't live there, but have many friends and co-workers who do, and I've never heard anything bad about Chino Hills.
There are some cow smells there, when the weather conditions are right. A foggy morning will remind you that the cows walked there before you...!
From everything I know, It's a nice safe place to live...

The majority of the dairies have already moved, however some still remain.
All the dairies used to be in LA County in the 60's, then the land got to popular and expensive, so the farmers sold their land for a fortune and moved to Chino and Henet. Now, 40 some years later, development has again caught up with the dairies, and they are selling for anothr fortune and moving to other area.
I can assure you, long after the last dairy is gone, you will still be reminded of the cows past presence when it gets foggy or rainy.
Not a big thing, though. It clears your sinus and it is only once in a while. I don't mind it.....

It's fine if you like a lot of rattlesnakes - they come down from the mountains and make their way into the garages of suburbanites in Chino Hills..also there are fires.
