It seems burrtec has a monopoly on trash collections within the city of yucaipa.Because of that these rat bastards & yucaipa disposal company raise the commercial rates quite high & often incl in mh parks.The city has a contract with these dirt ball cowards & nothing is being done.The city should look at a competing company & kick burrtec to the curb.BURRTEC owns the yucaipa disposal company & the mgr,community relations as well as burrtec in general refuse to talk to the yucaipa mh residents assoc.They say they have a contract with the city & not the ymra.Over 32 phone calls were made to the president of burrtec by ymra & not one response from this loser.Its ashame when a city thats suppose to look out for its residents/tax payers dont.DONT TRUST YUCAIPA DISPOSAL COMPANY @ 34976 yucaipa blvd,yucaipa,ca (909)797-9125 & BURRTEC WASTE INDUSTRIES INC.http://burrtec.com

Burrtec is a pox on many towns. They also have some of the communities up the hill by the short hairs. It is alleged that they have some of the local politicians in their pocket.

HEY guy's , WAKE UP! BURRTEC WASTE INDUSTRIES INC., aka YUCAIPA DISPOSAL COMPANY,aka Waste Management CO. is "ALL over the COUNTRY" Haven't you seen the story's about them on the EAST coast. And also IF the city has signed a contract with them why aren't you telling Burrtec to send the bill to the city ( I did when i lived there . ) and refuse to pay . Know what your rights are. You have no contract with them ! you owe the nothing . Just so you know ,if they try to put the charges on your tax bill it is a VIOLATION of you Constitutional rights to due process citable under TITLE 42,1983. See without a contract the PRIVATE CO. named Burrtec can not charge you for services forced on you by the city or the State . And also calling them names will only make them laugh. Learn what you rights are and you will get their "ATTENTION " , Which are you trying to do ???

Awhile back alot of people in yucaipa stopped paying their trash bills.The city council gave burrtec the ok to go after them & put a lien on their homes if they have to in order to collect past due trash bills.I have heard that burrtec does "grease" the palms of MANY politicians & thats why they get away with their corruption & greedyness.Greed is alive and well in america.Just look at wall street,banks,politicians,american auto makers,oil companies,opec,insurance companies,hospitals & much much more.

You are 100% correct the city gave them permission and they did . BECAUSE!!! the people did not take the time to fight them . The city can not contract with anyone in YOUR NAME only you . yes they do it every where except on those that get educated as to what your rights are under OUR CONSTITUTION > The constitution of the UNITED STATES does not allow then to violate your rights to DUE PROCESS ( thats how i won my case against them ) They have to give you a hearing and PROVE that you owe them ( YUCAIPA DISPOSAL ,AKA BURRTEC INC. ) the money
To do that they must show a contract with your signature on it . It's that simple. Yes I know for a fact and have it in court documents they LIE , CHEAT, and STEAL from the citizens thru intimidation and such because the people don't know their rights and those that do don't want to invest the time to make changes. The last election is proof of that. look at the people who ran . Look at their statement of what they wanted to do. All the usual sweet things. LOOK at the actions of certain employee who are allowed to violate residents constitutional rights on a regular daily basis, ( code enforcment employee's going into court acting as Lawyers without bar license's) that's what the city Attorney is hired for and this after swaring an oath to uphold the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION and the CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION. How can you trust anything they say. They all deserve an award for Hypicrit's of the century.
