If you like horses, and the "horse culture" then you would love Norco. It's very horse-friendly (as is Mira Loma, which is a few miles north of Norco). I'd say it's almost like Texas smack in the middle of the suburban sprawl. LOL!
Norco is not my cup of tea personally, but it is a good place for people who share your love. And it's part of a great school district, but I don't know very much about the schools in Norco, just the district it's in. I grew up in Corona.

lived in norco for a while(off 6th and the 15 fwy, which is old town norco i guess) and loved it. you can ride horses up and down the santa ana river, there are rider skill competitions(or there were in the 90s at least), and attending horse auctions with my father was always fun
only real problem is that it gets very hot during the summer
|

Good place to live, drive through it daily. Hometown feel, love livestock this is the best place to be.
