Do you mean those English tea party places? I have a couple of friends who've been to one in Upland. I think it was this one:

Olivia's Dollhouse Tearoom, tea party, birthday tea parties, dress-up, princess

Others:

Most grocery stores will do this for you but you typically have to go and pick them up yourself, but a few like Jensens have delivery service. Or you could get a caterer. A caterer would most vertainly do this for you.

Are you talking about the high mini-dessert, or the low mini-dessert.

If it's ganja cakes you're after, you can find that out in the high mini-dessert!

Costco sells pre-made little sandwiches and other finger/snack foods. You can save a lot of $$ by doing it that way too. Also a good place to get your beverages.
