Default What areas are nice in Hesperia?

Okay so we are still thinking on Phelan and there is one house we are trying to get there, but...just keeping options open. What areas are nice in Hesperia? What areas to stay away from? We are thinking 1 acre would be nice. Is the area near Hesperia Lake nice?

Yeah, the Hesperia Lake area. Off Main Street, go up Peach and that area up there is the mesa. Just drive around. I used to live up there a really, really long time ago when I was married to my ex-husband! But it is near the Lake, sort of. Those mesa streets lead down to the Lake.
