Default Menifee & Indio

In Indio I am wondering about Terra Lago. how windy it is there, is it a daily thing? How strong are the winds? I was there a few years ago and there was not much shopping or build out yet is that still the case?
The golf area of Trilogy seems to be more expensive but closer to shops. Any input?

In Menifee lake and golf areas the homes around the golf and lake are older, is most of that area kept up well?
I compare that area with the newer homes I see surrounding the golf course like Red rock at El Dorado by centrex homes.
also the homes on the "jeweled" streets (Obsidian, Garnet) look lovely.
I have read here on this forum that Tiera Shores has a smell.
What about the new area called Heritage Lake does anyone have any info on that? Thanks much

Trilogy closer to shops? I don't think so. Trilogy is way the hell out at the very far end of La Quinta. I think you have it backwards - Terra Lago is actually closer to shopping.

We don't have a lot of wind. The closer you are to the freeway the windier it is. Out here in La Quinta you are protected from the wind by the mountains. If you are on the other side of the freeway - Desert Hot Springs - you are going to get wind.
