Default Age-Restricted Communities

Any opinion on living in the "age-restricted" section of Sun City at age 55? Is there any stigma attached in terms of employment prior to actual retirement when giving personal address?

I don't think so and the good thing: it is your one chance to feel young again. Just look around you...

No...I moved there at 52 and was still working...the advantage was getting a home for much less than it would have cost someplace else. Actually there are family homes in Sun City, and I don't think anyone is going to really question you about living there...I can't imagine why anyone would care where you live. The homeowners association in Sun City will question you though to make sure you meet the age requirements.
