Post City College in Corona, Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside?

Hi! I currently live in Sugarland, and will be buying another house in either Rancho Cucamonga, Corona or Riverside (92506 or 92508 zipcode), because my daughter wishes to attend the city college in these areas. What I wanted to know is whether all of these areas have a city college, or will she have to drive from one city to the other?
One more thing, is it possible to find a good house in 350,000 in these areas?

Flo2900, I have sent you a reply.
Serialdriller, that is very true about Riverside, also the UC is there, too. The thing is that I wanted to know if there are any City Colleges in Corona and Rancho as-well, so that I am not limited to Riverside only?
Also, are there good malls in Corona and Rancho Cucamonga?

And corona? She will most definately need to have a mall nearby , so this means Corona doesnt have a City College? What 'bout Rancho?
Also, is it possible to find a place in my range?

Corona doesn't have a community college...Rancho Cucamonga has Chaffey. Riverside is cheaper than Rancho Cucamonga, plus has A LOT more character (Wood Streets near the college are not cookie cutter suburbia).

Corona is closer to Riverside Community College, but the thing about Corona and Riverside is that traffic is a bit of a nightmare, since there are a lot of people who live in Riverside and commute to Orange County. I'm in Rancho and I like being close to the 210 - it goes through Pasadena and it's an easy drive into Los Angeles, and in my opinion these towns beat Orange County for fun any day.

If in Rancho, you'd be close to Chaffey Community College (semester system) and Cal State San Bernardino (quarter); there is also La Verne University (private) in La Verne, and the Claremont Colleges, all of which are an easy commute from Rancho. I'm not sure, but I think RCC is on the quarter system, and I don't know about UCR. There is also Cal Poly Pomona and Mount Sac Community College in Walnut, but these are a longer commute from Rancho.

Rancho has the Victoria Gardens mall, and is close to Ontario Mills and Montclair Plaza; not sure about Riverside.

Lastly, I read today that it's a "buyer's market" right now, so it sounds like you could get a nice house for your price range.

Riverside Community College has 3 campuses.
Riverside
North Corona
Moreno Valley

Riverside and North Corona are maybe 20 min drive away from each other.

RCC was rated one of the best Community Colleges on West Coast......

I liked Chaffey College when I went there (way back in the day) because of the small size of the school. Which makes it easy to find a parking place, unlike some of the other commuter colleges like cal poly Pomona.
God, at Cal Poly the parking lot was a city in itself and we used to park what seemed like a mile away and take a tram to the campus.

The commute was easy and Upland was a nice community. The only thing that Chaffey had that made me laugh was... the skunks! Every morning we would see two or three. I swear I thought they were getting free tuition or something.

Nice small classes with lots of individual session if needed.
