The walk through went great many things still needed to be fixed. There was still a lot of blue tape but the repair man, Marty, who did the walk through with me said it will all be fixed before the weekend. He said the things that don't get fixed will have to be fixed after I move in but he will try to fix it all. There were walls that needed touch up paint and Marty said that they would give me a touch up paint kit. There was a window on the we one floor that was not working  That will need to fixed soon. Make sure all the windows open tomorrow |

It's ok, still a lot of blue tapes there,today I put more tapes including a loosing window also, but they said that they coule fix all before I move in. When will you move in? still several things to go like electricity,gas,water ,trash and cable. Do you know any good deal of tv,phone and internet bundle? |

Sounds like it went good Trazola hope yours goes well too! The cheapest cable,tv,phone bundle I found was from AT&T called Uverse. They also give you 250 dollars back if you set up services online Hopefully I will move in Saturday but if not I will move in on Monday. How about you? |

I'm signing my loan docs tonight. I was worried there for a while because I did not hear from them but I'm glad its a for sure now I hope everyone will be happy in the new neighborhood! |

My walk through went great. There were already a few blue tapes up and I pointed out a few small issues, but for the most part it was in pretty good shape. I will be giving my notice tomorrow at my current apt, don't know if they need 14 or 30 days but whichever it is I'm ok with it. Can take my time moving in. I need to get window coverings for the bathrooms right away, especially the master. I like my new house |

Congrats! I know what you mean about being worried, I was too. After I signed the loan docs on Sunday I got an email from Geoff asking for me to resend a couple of things and then today he sent an email saying it is funded.  I am soooooooo relieved. I didn't think it would be a problem but I am buying on my own so you never know. |
