Yes, the trashcans are important! We WILL BE CALLING About them!!
Does anyone know who we should talk to about perhaps getting the passcode for the gate on the KEY PAD? The gate opener that i have has Worked...but inconsistently...and yet i see that people have been able to use the key pad. There are probably security reasons as to why they don't give it out...
Hmmm...any insight??

I want the answer to this question as well. How about furniture delivery, etc? I hate when I have more questions than answers

My mom called for the trashcans today, and she 1st called the City of Corona and they told her to call Waste Management who told her to call the city of Corona, lol. Then the city told her to call Waste Management back and ask for a supervisor. She next got someone at Waste Management named Ada, who had just dealt with someone else so was aware of the complex. She told my mom that we could leave up to 10 trash bags out to be picked up on Tuesday which is trash day, and when they will be delivering the cans.

Hey guys. Apparently setting up a water account doesn't automatically enroll you for trash. I called the wage management number and scheduled a date for the trash cans tone delivered. They were delivered today. The issue was our community wasn't showing up on their map. But it after a closer glancethey were able to figure it out.

Hey you guys, I was over there dropping off some boxes tonight and I saw 2 or 3 young African American guys who were in shirts that said "SECURITY" on them. This was at about midnight. They were walking over by the model homes and at least 1 of them had a big black flashlight. I think it's great if they hired security for us, but was a little concerned because the car they had waiting at the curb didn't say anything on it about security and it just seemed a little fishy. Please don't think I am profiling, I would have felt the same no matter the ethnicity.

Has anyone who has moved in noticed these guys at night?? I guess I just worry because so many of the places are empty and I want us to all be safe. Maybe I'll call Roger tomorrow and see if he knows anything about it. Let me know. Thanks

hey trazola. They are the security guards. They've been here for months and walk around throughout the day and night. I've only had a chance to meet one of them . Their RV and patrol car are behind the models.

Whew, that's a load off my mind. Maybe the car I saw was one of their personal vehicles. It was an older sedan and was kinda beat up. Thanks for answering so quickly.
