Is this the same for everyone, or just me? What conditions would he be referring to? This is my 1st time buying a house so I don't even know what to expect....
I got an answer back when I questioned him about conditions which said don't worry, that he was just explaining the process to me. He says he is there to assist, and we will do it together...He understands it is a new experience. Seems like a very nice guy

That is awesome! Did he call you or email? I haven't heard anything yet. I shouldn't worry, but I don't want to move forward until I am sure.

This is interesting....the only thing is that unless they are talking about Roger, I didn't use a realtor.

Same here. I worked with Roger. I wonder if he meets the criteria. Also escrow had to open after April 1st. If I qualify I will apply.

Yesterday I emailed him about my loan, today he replied to me that it's approved and his assistant will work with me and sign the loan doc.

Thanks! Later he will email you too. He didn't mention a specific date. I think his assistant will work with me and find out later.

Do any of you guys already live in Corona? I need to find all the utility companies so I can get the services turned on. I wonder if that information will be in the package they give us when we sign the papers?
