I've never lived in Corona. I'm sure they will be able to answer those questions before we move in. I'm planning to go see my home this weekend  Hopefully it's still my home LOL. |

I'm sure it will be. I did hear back from Geoff's assistant asking for a couple of other things before submitting my file to the underwriter. We just have to keep in mind that they have a bunch of us buying and it all takes time. I will finally have a weekend off next week and will be going over there then. I need to get measurements and take some pictures! It's starting to feel real now, and I am dreading the moving part, but wow! A brand new home  |

I went over there yesterday and took measurements. Roger says there are only 3 left now! He is a very happy man, lol. I saw that they were still doing a lot of fixing stuff, and Roger assured me it will be done by the time escrow closes. Still haven't heard about the loan, but I'm not gonna worry...no news is good news, right??? |

Thats great to hear. No news will hopefully turn into really good news in the coming days when they let us know how much we owe so we can close escrow. Hopefully it's not too much  |

Today I went there, there's only 2 left now. I was a little bit disappointed that the blue tapes were still there,not fixed yet.

That is wonderful! When will you move in? They said I will sign on the 14th. I got a call today from
montage and scheduled my walk through for this coming Monday! It's starting to feel real how about you guys? |
