I currently live in Palm Springs and am looking to move to Indio.
I am considering (2) homes the first is a home by Regency Homes near Adams and Avenue 39, right on the edge of Palm Desert (this is my favorite)...and the other is a DR Horton home near Monroe and Avenue 41.
While these homes are both in gated communities and only a few miles apart the Regency home neighborhood seems safer. Anyone have any opinions on that...
Also, can anyone confirm that the home at Adams and Avenue 39 is NOT located in So Cal Edison territory...
Is is East of Adams and South of Avenue 39.
