Default Sundance in Beaumont California

Hey guys I am new to the forum. My husband and I just recently purchased a KB home at Sundance in Beaumont California. I was wondering if there was anyone else on here that is living in the area? I grew up in Beaumont but moved about 3 years ago. Can't wait to get back to the city. So much has changed there.

Smile Also moving to Sundance

I've been visiting Beaumont several times in recent weeks as my new KB home is under construction in Sundance. Coming from Riverside, I've noticed something that I'm definitely not used to: People are friendly! It is very strange, but welcome at the same time. I've never been waved at, said "hi" to, and had strangers walk up to me and start conversations as often as I have when I've visited Beaumont. I LOVE it!
I have coworkers who live in Sundance and nearby Tournament Hills and have been told several times that Beaumont is a very nice, quiet, family-oriented community. Not much of a nightlife but it offers so much more in terms of recreation and relaxation. Lots of parks, sidewalks, bike paths, and trees.
The only negative thing I've encountered so far was a couple weeks ago. I noticed graffiti on a couple of the new walls going into the Trillium part of Sundance. It didn't appear to be gang tagging, probably just some kids who were bored. On a positive note, the next day, when I went back, it was gone. So it's good to know someone is on top of that.
I'm pretty confident that I made the right choice to move to Sundance, and I hope you will be happy there too. Best of luck

Smile Beaumont

I just visited there this past week. I am just in the process of moving to San Jacinto which is very near by. It has grown up a lot, but with the housing bust both here and there I noticed a lot of forclosed homes. By the way I am searching for decorating help! Any leads??

Nine posts, and every single one includes that URL.

Are you a realtor, or do you work for the Chamber of Commerce?
