I just noticed some retirement properties (55+) on Realtor.com in San Jacinto called "Palm Avenue". There are 22 units in this development or project priced at around 89-90K all built in 2007. There were quite a few of them listed for sale which makes me curious and a bit suspect! Anyone know the scoop on "Palm Avenue"???
